Rated Efficiency

Predominant Pumps’ positive displacement pumps are the only choice for the most demanding applications due to their high quality, ease of service, pump longevity and low cost of ownership. Plunger pumps are characteristically high efficiency pumps with rated efficiencies of 85 percent to 90 percent and in some cases actual efficiency higher than rated. The high efficiency is due to the direct energy transfer directly to the fluid through the reciprocating action and positive displacement of the fluid and through the Predominant Pumps’ patented technology. Extremely versatile, Predominant Pumps’ plunger pumps can be readily adapted for optimum performance within a wide range of markets and service conditions.

5000+ psi

The plunger pump product line can be customized to operate at pressures in excess of 5,000 psi, flows up to 90 gpd (340 lpd) with a single head. Depending on the application, the pump’s fluid ends can be delivered with compatible materials to fit the applications. Predominant Pumps can provide different options for the pump assembly as well as the packing material to be compatible with the chemical injected or the process conditions. All pumps have been carefully designed and tested to provide years of operational life.

ISO

Predominant’s primary product lines are the chemical injection pumps and accessories that comprise the full unit. All products are manufactured and follow an ISO compliant production manual with the facility and company in the process of a third-party audit to complete the certification process. The product line main applications are numerous and while the company commercial focus will be primarily in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of this industry, the other industrial applications are significant as well and will constitute the next frontier for growth for the company. To name some of the few applications for the product line across the on shore off shore market, natural gas production, petroleum production, foamers, corrosion inhibitors, bactericide, biocides, chemical processing, petroleum refining, water treatment and may other general industrial applications.
